AEROCAE-UAS enabled full 6-DoF flight simulation under multiple conditions for a leading UAV manufacturer. High-fidelity propeller force/moment modeling drove aerodynamic optimization, improving endurance and predictive stability in extreme conditions. LBM+GPU architecture delivered 20–50× speedup over traditional FVM+CPU methods.
